Thomas Trembath Lennon was a photographer employed by The Daily Advertiser between 1955 and 1972. His extensive collection of photographs held at CSU Regional Archives is mostly comprised of photographic prints and negatives taken during his time as the newspaper's chief photographer, covering not just events in Wagga Wagga, but also of the wider Riverina area.

The shops and public buildings in Baylis and Fitzmaurice Streets were decked out with flags and bunting for the visit of Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh. Here you can see the Wagga City Council with the dais set up on the footpath, Great Southern Motors covered with bunting, and the Welcome Arch stretched across the street.
