From the reverse side of print: "Roger Learmont on steps of water meter at old Snowy River Hydro camp, vicinity Wallace's Creek - Ravine. Rain clouds coming up - a few spits in afternoon. Rained hard at 3.00 a.m. following morning - clearing after breakfast. Got out along new road over mountains on the Monday, emerging at 3 mile dam - Kiandra. Sund. 24th Oct. 1954. 1.45 p.m. Cloudy".
