A Teenage Institution - the Gumly Drive-In

Everyone who was a teenager in Wagga Wagga in the 1960s, '70s and '80s, seems to have a story about the Drive-In at Gumly Gumly. And Wayne and Ian are certainly no different.

This edition of our 2AAA talks looks back at the Drive-In, from its opening on 11 February 1959, with a screening of 'How to Marry a Millionaire', to its final days (sometime in the late 1980s or early 1990s).
